Who is Blueprint?

1000002470.jpg

At Blueprint, we believe most people aren’t lacking effort – they’re lacking a clear plan.

The idea behind this practice was shaped long before it existed. Inspired by my grandfather, a career carpenter who could build just about anything. He needed the right tools for the job and a good blueprint. I took that mindset and applied it to something a little different, but just as important: mental health.

Because the truth is, most of us are trying to build a life that works… without ever being shown how.

That’s where I come in.

I work with adults individually and in a relationship who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what their next step is. Together, we look at what’s actually going on beneath the surface, figure out what’s working (and what isn’t) and build the skills you need to move forward with more clarity and control.

Therapy with me is practical, honest, and collaborative. I’m not here to “fix” you – but I am here to help you understand what’s happening and actually do something about it. I’ll guide you, challenge you when needed, and support you as you start making real, sustainable changes.

Think of me as someone in your corner who knows how to read the blueprint, spot the gaps, and help you build something more stable and intentional.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. You just need to be willing to take a look at what’s in front of you – and try something different.

Elderly Patient's Niece
Hi Amanda - thanks for by next appt date/time. I will add it to her calendar. My aunt is pretty amazing and she was so worried about finding someone that would understand all of her "isms." Thank you for understanding that the elderly, too, are frequently in desperate need of mental healthcare, and I so appreciate that you making an exception and are willing to speak with her over the phone as she is simply not tech-savvy. Thanks again, Amanda!
Female Patient
She truly made coming back for therapy easy. I've had terrible experiences before and I didn't come back to it for the longest time. I'm glad to have found her!
Male Patient
I love coming here and getting roasted by her, it feels like home. Working emergency services is tough. Wanting to talk about it is tougher. You can tell she's a person too.
