Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a one-on-one dynamic where you are given the freedom to reflect on what is (and isn’t) working in your life. Whether that be related to social interactions, relationships, employment, or a feeling of being stuck, there is hope to find better life balance. I am on the journey with you, side-by-side, and helping you find the life you want to live.
Relationship Counseling
Relationship counseling (or couple’s/marriage counseling) is a type of counseling between two romantic partners. People change over time and so do relationships. The goal of relationship counseling is to address conflicts between partners and get them on the right track so they can improve communication, boundaries, and increase the overall quality of the relationship.

Here at Blueprint, we want to make sure you get the tools you need in a way that works best for you. Appointments are available for individual counseling, and relationship counseling in both the in-person and virtual format. A variety of insurances are accepted by the practice; find a list below.
If you are not using insurance benefits, the following private pay rates will apply.

Individual: $125

Relationship: $150
Sessions are booked for 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon during the counseling process. A sliding scale is offered for individual patients only.
Please make every effort to reschedule appointments at least the night before, after that or if the appointment goes unattended you will be charged a $75 late cancelation fee. The fee can be waived once without extenuating circumstances. Everyone deserves a mulligan.

Emotional Support
Animal (ESA) Letters
ESA Letter Online is an online platform that allows me to review requests in the two states I'm licensed for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) letters.
The letters cite the federal Fair Housing Act and state laws by section number (where applicable), include my credentials, and are approved or denied based on my clinical judgement of the information provided in your evaluation.
An ESA is defined as an animal that provides a therapeutic benefit to a person with a mental health disorder or psychiatric disability. ESAs are NOT considered to be a Service Animal. ESAs must be manageable in public, but are not required to be raised or trained in a specific way.
